Why Customise products
Over the past two decades, we have listened to our customers and tried to provide solutions to their RV and caravan problems by designing products that meet their specific needs. We have learnt and become better at it, and reached a stage where we are exporting specific items
Why NZ-made products?
Because New Zealand is so far from major manufacturing hubs, shipping costs are high, and parts may become redundant or hard to source and expensive to import.
How do we do it?
Using 3D scanners and computer-aided design systems, we can capture the footprints of sections of your vehicle or specific parts and reproduce similar or better products. We have even rebuilt impact-damaged vehicles by 3D-printing moulds or parts such as bumpers and skirts. We are constantly designing and completing new items; some are not yet on our website because bringing them to market requires extensive testing and prototype development.
