Return and Refund Policy
Vantage RV Ltd guarantees the quality of its products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have 14 days to return the goods for credit.
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact Vantage RV Ltd immediately by email, detailing the reason for your dissatisfaction.
If a return is due to a change of mind, the return freight will be at your own expense. The returned item must be unused, in its original packaging, and must be in brand-new condition, fit for resale. Once we receive the product, it will be assessed and credited at our discretion. Any costs associated with the freight of the product to you, as offered for free freight, will be deducted from your refund.
In the unlikely event of a product failure or if we have made an error, then we will arrange with you to have the product returned to Vantage RV Ltd. Once the product has been returned, we will assess the nature and cause of the fault. If the fault is within the terms of the product's warranty, then we will either repair or replace the unit at our discretion.
Vantage RV Ltd will cover freight costs associated with making these warranty repairs. If, however, a product is returned to us with no fault, damage, or a fault relating to (but not limited to) incorrect installation, misuse, or abuse, the guarantee period has expired. Vantage RV Ltd will be under no obligation to repair, replace or refund the item.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on some spare parts and fittings. This will be clearly indicated under the product description on this website.
