Shipping policy

New Zealand orders:

We will endeavor to send all items on this website from our warehouse or from associated warehouses within 2 to 5 working days unless otherwise stated. Delivery costs will be charged on all orders. Large items such as fridges and solar systems will be delivered by a freight company such as MAINFREIGHT and sent to the nearest depot in your area for you to collect, and the items must be collected from the receiving depot within 2 days unless otherwise specified. Batteries and other hazardous items may incur an additional delivery cost to be calculated post-purchase and determined by the delivery address.

Australian orders :

Only certain items made by Vantage RV will be shipped to Australia, we will endeavor to send these items from our own warehouse within 2 to 5 working days however the delivery may possibly take an additional 3 days to arrive at it's destination. We reserve the right to cancel any orders where the shipping costs to your destination are greater than has been estimated by our website calculator
