It is a visual inspection that should highlight issues relating to the interior and exterior conditions.

These inspections generate a brief report indicating significant issues that you should be aware of. If you want a proper full inspection, you should book the full pre-purchase inspection with a report.
- It does not cover a Mechanical inspection; a mechanical inspection covers issues related to the engine and running gear which require different skills and knowledge; our advice would be to have this inspection done first and if you are keen to go ahead to arrange an online Mechanical inspection with a third party like the AA
