Fitting tips
The tray is vacuum molded in the factory and is stretched into its current form with a combination of heat & vacuum causing a variation in thickness depending on how much it is stretched. When fitting the tray it must be properly supported with a combination of plywood, timber framing, and a small application of expanding foam in the corners, take care not to apply too much foam as it expands and may cause the tray to float out of the intended location.
