Recommendations for a long life cycle of this battery:

  • Install a charge system that maintains the battery at 100 % on a daily basis.
  • Battery voltage when measured at rest should not drop below 12.5 volt on a regular basis.
  • When used in conjunction with one of our fridges, the solar system should be able to produce at least 36 amps per day, even on a dull day. However, if this cannot be achieved then alternative charge methods should be put in place.
