Fitting method
The side rails are bonded in situ using high-quality modern urethane products similar to those used for constructing motorhome bodies.
Stainless steel tech screws are sometimes used, but only to anchor the roof rack in place while the urethane sets.
Our roof racks are popular with motorhomes or camper vans constructed as standard commercial panel vans. We apply the same mounting method to the roofs of these vans with excellent results.
Our racks can carry heavy loads if the heavy-duty tube is used. As a bonus, we can fit a wall-mount awning to the side, and we have various attachments available as extras. Please look at the images and contact us if you have specific items you want to carry and need a solution. Our innovative team will come up with a solution, no doubt.

These items are stocked at another warehouse and sold by multiple New Zealand RV accessory outlets. We do not have instant live monitoring of their stock levels.
