The MaxxFan Plus and the MaxxFan Deluxe both have a manual and an electric opening option. They also have a ceiling-mounted control panel that is easy to use and read.

This unit has a DC, 12-volt, electric power that is suitable for a motorhome or caravan vent.

This is a low-profile aerodynamic roof vent 
The vent shuts down to a low-profile unit when closed and can be used to circulate air inside the vehicle when closed. When open, it can pump air into or pump air out of the vehicle if required. It moves about 900 Cubic feet per minute, equivalent to about half the volume of air of an average caravan per minute.

These units are equipped with remote control, which means they can be operated internally from the comfort of the chair,
